We are a two-woman run small business (read more
About Us) and as such only work on
the farm and in the office together, practicing social distancing and significantly reducing our contact with others, such as biking and walking more often rather than using public transportation. While placing orders at the post office, we wear masks and keep our distance from the general public. We are based in Northern Utah and take the advice of our local authorities very seriously.
Preventing and Reducing Transmission through our Products
While developing our products and packing your orders, The Hemp Folk use extra measures of sanitation and hygeine, such as washing our hands thoroughly very often, and every time we touch commonly used objects (cellphones, computers, doorhandles, etc). We also use disinfectant wipes on all of our product packaging before placing them into the insolation boxes that we use for priority shipping. We recommend our customers take additional sanitation measures when receiving our packages.

The Hemp Folk uses priority USPS shipping in an insulated package along with an icepack. A flat rate of $10USD shipping is applied to all purchases to cover the costs of the priority shipping, the special packaging, and the icepack, all in order to deliver a top-quality package to you!
Return and Exchange
The Hemp Folk accepts returns of unopened and unused products for a full refund or exchange within
15 days of original purchase. If you are unhappy with your product(s), please contact us at email@example.com and we will find a suitable process for your return or exchange!
We are currently working on a wholesale process. While we work on this, pleach out to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested in selling The Hemp Folk products in your stores or if you are interested in one-time batch purchases at wholesale price.
At the moment, international shipping is not available in our online store due to laws related to hemp and CBD sales. Are you located outside of the US? Don’t worry, we’ll find a way to get the products to you (as long as your country approves). Just contact us (email@example.com, and we’ll find a way!
